I have been ordering online from your company for quiet a while now, how many years I am not sure of. I know I have had a few printers in that time. Since my first punctual order from you I have never looked back, never had a problem with any of the genuine or generic ink cartridges bought from you. I recently purchased a new printer as was unable to locate the model number on your online listing, so I sent an email request for help. My request was answered immediately and my ink cartridges were exactly as promised. My daughter loves the little thank you gifts you send, it makes us feel appreciated as a customer. I will continue to order from you although I know I am no high turnover customer, I recommend you always I would be so disappointed to think I had run out of printer ink and was unable to click online to inkjetwholesalers and not find my order on my doorstep within 48 hours. Running out of printer ink and having to remember to put it on my list of things to do has never happened, thank you for making this possible.
