I just wanted to send you a note to thank you for your services in supplying me with printer cartridges. I do quite a lot of printing producing OH&S Manuals for companies which are typically 100 pages for each one with digital photos inserted on each page. Over the years I have used many printers predominately HP Office Jet Pro’s, and regularly need new cartridges. I have been using your organisation since 2008 and have found the ordering process on line easy and efficient to use. During this time I have never had any problems with the ordering process or the cartridges ordered. I know once ordered the cartridges will be delivered promptly and have never had a problem with this part of the service supplied by you. An added bonus of course is your is very good and I have saved many over the years compared to buying from a retail outlet. I have recommended your company to others and will continue to do so.
