Lost or Damaged Ink and Toner Cartridges
If your order has been lost in transit or arrived damages, no need to worry. Notify us within 72 hours of delivery or 10 business days of the anticipated delivery in the case of a lost shipment and we will immediately send out a replacement shipment completely free. Quick and simple, as it should be.
Faulty Ink & Toner Cartridges
We stand behind the quality of our ink and toner cartridges. If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase as the result of a faulty cartridge, simply notify us by clicking the PROCESS RETURN button at the bottom of this page to and we'll get the ball rolling to ensure a swift no fee, no hassle, return.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Just as a suggestion to help you get printing again as soon as possible we recommend reviewing our Knowledge Base in the FAQ and Tech Support section before requesting a return for a faulty ink or toner cartridge. It may be that the problem you're experiencing is related to issues with printer settings, installation or other factors. Incorrect Orders and Surplus Stock
If you've ordered the wrong product/s or or have surplus stock previously purchased from us, we're happy to accept your return within 30 days of purchase date. The item should be unopened and in good resaleable condition. Since we provide our low prices by working with extremely low margins, we simply ask that you cover the restocking fee of 10% and return shipment costs in this case.Process your return
