  • What are the delivery charges?

For most generic bulk buy inkjet printer cartridge combos and most generic, compatible and remanufactured laser toner cartridges the shipping is usually FREE! When ordering more than one item, if one item has the FREE shipping and the other does not, then FREE shipping applies to the whole order. We do not charge handling or packaging fees.

For all other orders, shipping is only $6.95 if value of order is below $49.00. Orders above $49 are shipped FREE.

  • I have been trying to use a promo code, but its not working!

Its important to be sure that the code being used is currently valid for the time period and also that the goods in the cart actually meet the criteria for the promotion. For example, the promotion maybe be 'Buy 3 Generic Cartridges, Get the 4th Free'. In this case, its crucial that the items in the cart meet the criteria in terms of numbers, in this case '3' and also type, in this case 'Generic'. If the number of items and the type of items not exactly those listed in the promotion, then its likely the promo code will show as Invalid.

Furthermore another example maybe "Spend $50.00 or more on our famous range of generic printer cartridges and get a FREE gift" Again its important to be sure that the spend amount is met and the goods in the cart are actually of the generic type to be sure the promo code is successful.

  • I want to order over the phone, but cannot find your phone number.

No problem, give us a call on 1800 465 538.

  • I have received the printer cartridges, but my printer model is not listed on the outside of the cartridge box, whats going on here? ...looks like you've sent me the wrong ones. I don't want to open them up to find they are the wrong ones and jeopardize returning them for replacement, refund or credit.

Manufacturers will make different printer models well after the manufacture of the cartridge itself. So as a consequence, often the model of your printer will not be listed on the outside of the cartridge box.

To be sure you have the right cartridges, its best to focus on exactly the model code of the cartridge rather than the printers listed on the outside of the box. If unsure of what you have and what you need, just jump online at Inkjet Wholesale by clicking HERE and then look go to the top of the page and look for the search bar. Just type in your model of your printer and then click enter on your keyboard or press the search button.

The results should show your printer and underneath a list of all printer cartridge models and other consumables suitable for your printer. Now just check the model name of the cartridge you have, with the model names of the cartridges shown in the list on line. If they are the same, then you can be sure you have the right cartridges. If however this is not the case, then please Log in online with your registered email and password by clicking HERE and then click on Messages and then create a NEW MESSAGE and bring to our attention so such can be remedied.

  • What's your contact number?

1800 ink 000 OR 1800 465 000. You can also contact us directly via our contact form by clicking HERE.

  • How many pages will this printer cartridge print?

This varies depending on many issues: Percentage of page covered, Quality of Image, Size of Image, Type of Paper Printed on. Manufacturers normally show figures based upon 5% page coverage. Our SCI brand generic cartridges typically print more than the original branded product simply because we put more ink into the cartridge at the factory. Please refer to the description section on this page to view more details.

  • How do I re-order what I got last time?

That's pretty easy, take a look at this neat video tutorial by clicking below

  • I placed my order, but have not received any confirmation. Whats going on?

Order confirmations are instant and so should be received within minutes of completing an order. However, there could be one of two reasons why you've not received this email/s.

    1. If an incorrect email address has been submitted, then naturally the receiver will not get any emails.

    2. With the increase in spam, many people now utilise a filter to avoid junk mail. Often if the mail address has not been allowed, automatically blocked, or not on the receivers white list, then such emails may never be seen by the receipient. To ensure emails from Inkjet Wholesale which include order confirmations, are duly seen and read, please ensure your spam filter is configured to allow addresses ending with inkjetwholesale.com.au. Please consult the help manual of the particular spam filter software that has been utilised to ensure this process is undertaken.

  • I have not received a tax invoice yet, whats going on?

    1. If an incorrect or older, non-current email address has been submitted, then naturally the receiver will not receive any emails.

    2. With the increase in spam, many people now utilise a filter to avoid junk mail. Often if the mail address from where emails have been sent have not been allowed, or automatically blocked, or not on the receiver's white list, then such emails may never be seen by the recipient.

    3. Tax invoices are also available for download from our site, you just need to log in. Then once at Your Cart, scroll to the sub-heading 'My Purchases' and then click on the "View Orders" button and then select the PDF invoice form that corresponds to the order you need the tax invoice for.

  • The use by date on cartridges I just received show they are out of date, whats going on here?

Often the dates are configured to suit other international markets and hence can be somewhat confusing to read. Some cartridges have the dates read with the year first and then the month. For example, 201008 (meaning August 2010) is mistaken for 20.10.08 but actually it should be read as the year first, then the month, so with this example, the year is 2010 and month is 08 August. There is never a day date, just year and month.

  • How will I know if my order has been received?

You will receive an email confirmation that your order has been received, this is to indicate that we have received your sales order.

  • Will the use of your compatible or generic cartridges void the warranty on my printer?

Certainly not! Just like driving your car, you are not obliged to buy petrol from your car dealership. Compatible replacement cartridges and supplies do not void the Printer Manufacturers Warranty. 'Your statutory rights are not affected, irrespective of what you are told by manufacturers or their representatives. The only way your printer can be denied is if it can be shown irrefutably that the cartridge somehow contributed to causing the damage. Most warranty claims are due to some unrelated mechanism or electronic control board in the printer failing and nothing to do whatsoever with the printer cartridge iteslf or its associated parts.

  • How do I quickly re-order what I usually purchase?

Just login with your registered email and password and then scroll down to the sub-heading on that page called 'My Purchases' and then click on the "View Orders" button. This will take you to your previous orders and from here you can see and select items previously purchased. Just click on product/s from under the previous order/s and addto your cart.

  • I have received the printer cartridges, but after removing them from the box, I have noticed that they look a little different to the ones I removed, ...looks like you've sent me the wrong ones, whats going on guys?.

If the cartridges you have removed from your printer were original brand type and the ones you have purchased are a generic type, there will be some subtle design differences between the cartridges. Such differences are necessary so that copyright is respected and not infringed by the manufacturer. You can be confident though that such differences should have no impact on the use and functionality of the cartridge. If you do see a difference, firstly check the model code label that is attached to the printer cartridge itself and ensure that such is correct and is the same as the one removed.

If the labels are wildly unmatched, and the differences by observation are vastly different in size and shape, then its likely a mistake has been made either when order was placed or at picking and dispatch. If its clear that the cartridges fit this criteria, please Login online with your registered email and password by clicking HERE and then click on Messages and then create a NEW MESSAGE and bring to our attention so such can be remedied.

  • I have not received an email confirmation of my order. What's wrong?

Answer 1: This is usually due to the fact that an incorrect email address was used when registering or a typographical error was made when inputting your email address. • I ordered a few different products, but have only received some of my order, what’s going on?

In most cases, this is because your order may have been shipped as a split order from different warehouses. Occasionally this happens when one warehouse runs out of a particular item and is unable therefore to send your order complete in one package. Usually the balance of the order arrives with 24-48 BUSINESS DAY hours of the first package as it has further to travel. If you have not received balance of goods within this time frame please contact us immediately via our contact form by clicking here

  • Why can't I contact you on the phone?

In order to keep overheads, and hence prices, as low as possible, we have purposefully elected to do away with employing telesales consultants. Your email however goes direct to our central order facility where it is then directed to our dispatch centres for picking and delivery

  • Will the quality of print be equivalent to that of the OEM'S?

Yes, you can be certain that your prints will be at least equivalent to that of the OEM ()riginal Manufactured Equipment)

  • Will using a non OEM inkjet or toner cartridge affect my printers warranty?

Major printer manufacturers sell printers at or below cost. They make their profits from selling the cartridges. By using compatibles you are cutting into their primary source of profit. Because of this, many will threaten to void your warranty if you use compatible cartridges. They are simply trying to protect their own interests anyway they can. It is however strictly ILLEGAL for them to do so. They CANNOT VOID YOUR WARRANTY simply for using compatible cartridges. Naturally if it can be shown that the printer cartridge itself has somehow caused the damage then the warranty will be voided, but in most cases there is a failure of some other part in the printer that is in no way related to the printer cartridge or the carriage mechanism. There is no reason that you should not use compatible cartridges. They work and will save YOU money. We've sold thousands of printer ink and toner cartridges and laser toners and never had an incident where a customer's warranty was "voided" from using our products.

  • Do the products come with a guarantee?

They sure do! A 100% GUARANTEE! Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We guarantee our compatible products to perform to at least the same standards as the Original product. All of our products come with a 60-Day manufacturer guarantee. In the unlikely event you experience any problems with any of our products please follow instructions listed under listed under How Can I Return An Item?

  • I am trying to pay by direct deposit via internet banking, but when I copy and paste your bank details, I get an error message. What's wrong?

Some banks prefer that you type each number of the account number, the BSB and the account name. If you go back to your bank and type these in instead of copying and pasting, you'll find that it will work.

  • Will I Get the Same Number of Printed Pages From a Compatible Inkjet or Toner Cartridge as an Original Cartridge?

You will get at least the same number of printed pages from compatible Inkjet and Toner cartridges as you will get from an OEM cartridges. Customers are reporting many, many more pages of print per cartridge over their OEM printer cartridges.

  • How easy are they to install?

Each cartridge is installed the same way that you would install the original OEM cartridge. They are individually wrapped in foil and have the yellow tab on top (which you remove when installing the cartridge - just like the original OEM cartridge.) We recommend that you use the head cleaning or nozzle cleaning utility that comes with your printer to clean the printer heads (you should do this EVERY time you replace any cartridge - OEM or Compatible). Go to Control Panel - Printers - Properties - Utility.

  • I ordered Brother compatible LC-57 cartridges, but when I opened the packaged, they were marked as being LC-51.

These are the correct cartridges for the LC-57 cartridge printers. They are labelled like this because these model names are what they are called in Europe and America. Other than the name they are identical and compatible to the LC-57.

  • I ordered HP 564XL generic cartridges, you know, the large volume versions? .. but when I opened my order, the cartridges indicate they are the standard HP 564 generic ones, what going on?

That's right. The main difference between the XL and non-XL versions is the amount of ink they hold. But this is only true for the genuine HP cartridges, not our remanufactured generic ones. Because they are remanufactured, empties need to be collected and because the XL and non-XL cartridges are physically the same size, both are used in remanufacturing. But both are refilled to maximum capacity. So the standard 564 remanufactured generic has the same amount of ink of its XL cousin.

  • Will these ink cartridges fit my printer?

Just click on the tab menu to the left called Compatible Printers. You'll see the list of printer models that this cartridge will suit. If you do NOT see your printer listed, there is a good chance that this cartridge will NOT fit your printer.

But to be absolutely sure, its always best to remove the cartridge from the printer and look for the cartridge number which should be listed somewhere on the outside of the cartridge. In any case if you would like further carification, please contact us by clicking on the Contact text at the top of the page.

  • Will this printer cartridge fit my printer?

Just click on the tab menu to the left called Compatible Printers. You'll see the list of printer models that this cartridge will suit. If you do NOT see your printer listed, there is a good chance that this cartridge will NOT fit your printer. The best way to be absolutely sure is type your printer model into the search bar at the top of the page and click enter. The results will show you your exact printer model, and then you just click on VIEW PRODUCTS to see all the cartridges to suit your printer. Failing this, please contact us for assistance by clicking on the the Contact link at the very top of the web page.

  • Will I get the same amount of prints as an original OEM cartridge?

Yes definitely, in most cases the printer cartridge last longer than originals simply because we put more ink in at the factory. The reason we do this is that ink on its own is not so that expensive and so we always put as much ink as we can so you get more prints out, its that simple!

  • Does this cartridge come with a guarantee?

Yes it sure does, and not an ordinary guarantee. It comes with a 100% LIFETIME GUARANTEE! Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We guarantee our premium SCI brand compatible products to perform to at least the same standards as the Original product for the lifetime of the printer. Furthermore we gurantee that you will get at a minimum, the same amount of prints as that of the original product, often you'll get more because we put more ink in during the manufacturing process. They come with a lifetime defect warranty which means that the shelf life is matched to the life of the printer machine. We guarantee them to be free of defect workmanship for at least the life of your printer. For all other genuine original brand catridges (i.e. manufactured by the printer brands) our gurantee is in line with respective manufactueres guarantees and as accorded by the Australian Consumer law (ACL). For genuine original products this usually 12 months from purchase assuming they are within a valid expiry date.

  • If I order this cartridge now, when will I get it?

If the current time is before 3.00PM, then it will be delivered within 24-48 hours depending on your location. For 99% of orders dispatched the same day, they are usually delivered the next day. If you're located in rural and regional areas these delivery times maybe marginally longer. In any case the worst case scenario should be no longer than 72 hours. If the current time is afte 3.00PM, then your order will be dispatched the next day, so you'd expect to see it still within 48-72 hours from now.

  • What will it cost to deliver this cartridge to my door to me?

If you were to purchase just the one single printer cartridge, then the shipping cost incurred would be from $8.95 upwards. For most small items the charge is $8.95 and this increases according to the weight of the product. To be exactly sure, just add the product to your cart and you'll see the shipping charge. Unfortunately, our low prices means we are unable to absorb the crazy shipping prices on single items charged by couriers and Australia Post. However, if you were to purchase this cartridge as part of a combo or bulk buy, then the shipping would be FREE! Please have a look under the FREE SHIPPING OFFERS tab for more details. Plus, when ordering more than one item model, if one item has the FREE shipping and the other does not, then FREE shipping applies to the whole order. We do not charge handling or packaging fees.

The only way your printer can be denied is if it can be shown irrefutably that the cartridge somehow contributed to causing the damage. • In the description section for this printer cartridge, the word "generic" is used to help describe the Manufactuere type, can you explain what this means?

We fully guarantee all of our compatible, generic and remanufactured printer cartridges to work just as flawlessly as the OEM original version, so you can be totally confident using our premium brand SCI cartridges without fear. All of our replacement imaging products have been manufactured or re-manufactured using "State of the Art" technology with the highest quality inks to ensure complete compatibility to OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturers) products.

  • What's the difference between this generic cartridge and an original OEM one?

Original OEM - is an abbreviation for Original Equipment Manufacturer. When you see a product described as OEM, original or genuine, that means that it is a new name-brand printer cartridge manufactured by the big name brand printer manufactuers like from Epson, Canon, Hewlett Packard, Lexmark, etc.

'Generic' indicates that the product is manufactured or remanufactured by a third party rather than the actual manufacturer of the machine.

  • Does this original cartridge come with a guarantee?
