Sadly I have an Epson WF2660 printer. I was stunned by your delivery speed and exchanged new for old cartridges only to continually get error message that your product was not recognized. I went on a search mission and found that Epson has (very) recently issued an update that includes a hidden method (bug) which forces the owner/ user to use genuine Epson cartridge refills. There is no way around it once the download has been installed. Their four pack costs more than double yours and their freight is also more than yours.
I refuse to be held to ransom by such shady practices and will NOT use their product again. You might advise your customers using Epson printers NOT to use/ allow automatic updating and NOT to update their machines.
Unfortunately I will replace my Epson printer (works perfectly but no ink) with another brand and I am also unable to use your purchased product but cannot return it as packaging has been disposed of and the four cartridges are in the machine and opened for use.
In passing; perhaps you can recommend a suitable replacement home office printer to replace this Epson that uses the cartridges I purchase from you?
