If your order has been lost in transit or arrived damages, no need to worry. Notify us within 72 hours of delivery or 10 business days of the anticipated delivery in the case of a lost shipment and we will immediately send out a replacement shipment completely free. Quick and simple, as it should be.
We stand behind the quality of our ink and toner cartridges. If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase as the result of a faulty cartridge, simply notify us by clicking the PROCESS RETURN button at the bottom of this page to and we'll get the ball rolling to ensure a swift no fee, no hassle, return.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Just as a suggestion to help you get printing again as soon as possible we recommend reviewing our Knowledge Base in the FAQ and Tech Support section before requesting a return for a faulty ink or toner cartridge. It may be that the problem you're experiencing is related to issues with printer settings, installation or other factors. If you've ordered the wrong ink or toner product or have surplus ink and/or toner stock previously purchased from us, we're happy to accept your return within 90 days of purchase date. The item should be unopened and in a good resalable condition. Returned items that are determined resalable by us come with a FREE restocking fee, so you won't get charged an extra fee for returning such goods. Shipping and delivery fees back to our warehouse for items such as these categorised by us as returnable due to surplus or being incorrectly ordered have to be borne by the buyer. All such returned items that are deemed and approved by us for resale will result then in a FULL credit for the purchase price of that item only.
Stationery products will not be accepted as a return for a replacement or a refund/credit due to customers changing their mind or ordering incorrectly. Such claims are not valid under the Consumer Guarantees Act. Defective goods will be subject to our standard returns policy.
