I Ordered 1 colour ink and 1 black ink for my HP printer on a Sunday and they were delivered by Tuesday, was already stoked with the speed. Popped them in and test printed a few pages and all seemed fine. A few days later i tried to print some colouring pages for my daughter and the black ink was coming out a pale grey. I was unable to get my printer to print black anymore so I put up a replacement request. Within a couple of days i had new ink, tested and left very impressed with the customer service. I am a very busy retiree (ex WA Police Officer) and travel the world a lot. My wife & I also love to cruise and the attached photo is a snap of me enjoying our Hawaiian Islands cruise last December. Two weeks earlier we were on another cruise of the Mexican Riviera. We have cruised the Mediterranean and Asianana a few times as well as plenty of air & land travel. We have a number of quality cameras and my favourite brand is Nikon. They have provided us with a library of travel photos containing tens of thousands of images. I lean towards enjoying lots of colour and history in my photography. But my favourite is natural beauty. That brings me now to home printing these photos. Over many decades I have owned almost every home printer brand on the market. The cost of ink for my beautiful coloured images was always purchased in “bricks & mortar” retail outlets. This was rather expensive at times and inconvenient. I tried stocking- up to save money as well as the convenience but the relatively short shelf life of cartridges made this impractical. I have been an on-line shopper for quite a few years but until last year didn’t think to shop on-line for ink cartridges. The penny dropped when a friend gave his recommendation that cheaper ink cartridges can be obtained locally on-line. As soon as I got that advice I Googled his recommended site and many others, but somehow Inkjet Wholesale stood out as a very interesting and affordable supplier. My old HP & Canon printers were replaced a couple of years ago with a Lexmark. That is my first printer where you supplied ink cartridges. That printer broke down a couple of weeks ago, so now I have a Brother, Multi Function with a bank of colour cartridges already supplied. But, I am about to place my order for their replacement with Inkjet Wholesale very soon. Your delivery time frame is so efficient. We live coastal in Alkimos, on the outer rim of Perth Metro amongst about 100 homes (20,000 to be built in the future) with lots of bush and not yet on Sat-nav for the couriers. But somehow your courier finds us and delivery is only 2 or 3 days which is fantastic. We order from a wine club which is dispatched immediately but delivery is minimum 7 days. We are please with your very competitive prices and with the occasional special, they are hard to beat. Quality is great as well as your service. I write this with all sincerity and am not “flowering” my opinions to gain anything. I have high integrity and just wouldn’t do that. But you deserve a fair go for your effort especially in a world where customer care is “grey”. Keep up the good work and please use any part of my correspondence for promotional purposes.
