Fast delivery service and good pricing of items. Unfortunately the 5 generic ink cartridges I ordered for my Epson Expression Home XP-4205 were not accepted by the printer although inkjet‘s website listed they would be suitable. The instructions on the generic cartridges require the cartridges to be reinstalled to clear the printer code error message but this does not work. Once the cartridges were opened for the install process each one is not able to be returned for a refund. Misleading website information and no refund available.
