I do have one complaint. I ordered generic black PGI-520XL BK earlier this year. When I opened the cartridge there was ink inside the cellophane wrapping which got on my fingers and the floor when I dropped it because it was wet. I won't use generic ink again.

I was so pleased to find these printer cartridges that cost a small fraction of the original costs. when I emailed for assistance as there seemed to be a slight difference in the product when inserting it into the printer, I promptly received a phone call that put my mind at ease and now the printer is working perfectly
