Suggest you change from Toll to Star Track Express. If unable to deliver Star Track will leave the parcel at nearest post office. Toll in my opinion rather unreliable.

I dont know if it is much cheaper but I would like more free photo paper or offers for buying original ink (not generic) and I think $5 is a little insulting considering how much I spend on ink but anyway just thought you would like to know?
