I wanted a new mono laser printer and after deciding on a few options and checking out the specials at the major retailers I thought I would check the price of cartridges at inkjetwholesale. I was pleasantly surprised to find that not only were the cartridges cheaper but they had the printer too and it was about $20 less than the bricks an mortar shops; and it came with free delivery. I ordered the printer and a spare cartridge on a Friday and I was printing documents on it on the flowing Tuesday!! Love the service and love the price, keep up the good work inkjetwholesale :-)

The ordering system is very easy with very prompt delivery. The only issue I have is that I ordered 4 items and they had 2 seperate delivery parcels on the same day. I missed the second delivery and had to go to the Post Office to pick it up. Thus happened last time as well, if would be so much easier to have one delivery.

Inks sent to me do not work on my Epson XP520 printer. I am 82 years old and struggling on an aged pension. I run a monthly group for vision impaired persons and do agenda, newsletter , arrange speakers and arrange bus trips. This problem with the inks has set me back badlly. For the first time after many many orders, I encountered a faulty ink cartridge. This was only discovered some months after receiving the order. My correct order of 3x oem inkjet cartridges arrived on my doorstep in semi-rural Tasmania about 20 hours after ordering on a Sunday from Melbourne, at 30% below office works local price, and saving me a 50 km drive. It's fair to say I was bloody impressed!!

The generic inks I buy are as good as the brand-named. I've been using them for years and have no problems. The stand-out thing is the service: the dispatch and delivery are second-to-none - overnight from Perth to NSW Central Coast. And the staff are nice, too.

Having fading on photos using Generic brand, so changing to Genuine. Rang for info and talked to Michelle who suggested I do a test photo and date and see if it happens again also missing grey from "pack" so made a link in my account so I will also order the extra grey ink needed.
